I. Overview：

Asynchronous electric motors of the ADPM type of three-phase current with a short-circuited rotor are designed to operate as part of frequency-controlled drives of mechanisms with a constant torque on the shaft equal to that developed when working with a synchronous rotation frequency n and rated power P2 nom, in the rotation frequency range 250 ÷ n rpm.

The motors are designed to operate from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz.

Fans are installed on the engine to provide independent ventilation of the engine. The independent fans are powered by AC mains voltage of 220V and 380V, frequency of 50Hz.

The start of the motors is direct when operating without a frequency converter.

The type of climatic performance of the engines is U1 .

The nominal operating mode of the engines is S1.

The design of the engines according to the installation method is IM1001.

The degree of protection of the motors is IP44, the terminal boxes are IP55.

The engines have rolling bearings with grease. One of the bearing units is current-insulated.

The engines can be equipped with SKF or FAG bearings.

The connection of the motors to the drive mechanism is carried out by means of elastic couplings.

The insulation of the stator winding is thermosetting type "Monolith-2" of the class of heat resistance not lower than "F" with temperature use at the level of class "B".

The terminal ends of the stator winding are fixed to the tires in the terminal box.

The motors allow right or left direction of rotation. Changing the direction of rotation is carried out only from a state of rest.

The motors are equipped with temperature control sensors for the winding, stator core and bearing assemblies.
