JQLX series vertical grinder garden cone planetary reducer with planetary gear

JQLX series vertical mill reducer is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, slag grinding, chemical industry and other industries.JQLX series reducer complies with JC/T878.4-2001 building materials industry standard.JQLX series vertical mill reducer adopts a combination of bevel gear + parallel shaft cylindrical gear + planetary gear to achieve power input and output steering and large reduction ratio. By changing the arrangement position of the bevel gear, the input and output steering are the same or opposite without adding parts.

Computer-optimized design is adopted, the main parts are standardized, serialized, generalized and modular, and the gear parts are made of high-quality alloy steel and use carburizing, hardening, tooth grinding technology and tooth shape trimming technology.

The cylindrical box structure is adopted, and the hydrostatic thrust bearing is rigidly supported on the box to withstand the huge pressure and vibration load of the mill during work.

The planetary wheel and the inner ring gear adopt a floating flexible structure, which effectively realizes the load sharing of the planetary wheel, overcomes the uneven load of each planetary wheel caused by the insurmountable comprehensive error caused by the processing and assembly of the planetary frame and the planetary wheel, and improves the stability and service life of the gear operation.
