I. Overview

Hard tooth surface reducer YN, YK series, in line with YB/T050-1993 metallurgical equipment YNK gear reducer standard.It mainly includes YND, YNL, YNS, YNF, YNDO, YNLO, YNSO, and YNFO series.

1．Performance characteristics

(1) The main parameters such as center distance and nominal transmission ratio have been optimized and designed, and the main parts and components are interchangeable.

(2) The gears are all made of high-quality alloy steel by carburizing, quenching, and the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC54-62.

(3) Small size, light weight, high precision, large carrying capacity, high efficiency, long life, high reliability, stable transmission and low noise.

(4) Generally, oil pool lubrication is used for natural cooling. When the thermal power cannot be met, circulating oil lubrication or fan can be used to cool the cooling coil.

2. Scope of application

(1) The input speed is generally n, ≤1500r/min

(2) The circular speed of gear transmission is not greater than 20 meters per second.

(3) The working environment is -40～50℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for operation in both positive and negative directions.

(4) It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, lifting, transportation, textiles, papermaking, instrumentation, plastics, rubber, construction machinery, energy and other industrial sectors.

1．When ordering a cylindrical gear reducer, please be sure to fill in the model number, specifications (that is, the nominal center distance), metric transmission ratio, assembly type and input shaft rotation direction and other marks according to the regulations.

2．In addition to the commonly used specifications of the existing drawings, other specifications should be determined with the manufacturer when choosing.

3．The selection of hollow shaft type should be determined with this manufacturer.

4．There are no additional cooling devices for various types of reducers. If additional cooling devices are required after the thermal power is checked, please contact the design department of our factory.
