NYP series common (stainless steel) inner ring high viscosity pump is a new type of positive displacement pump, which is designed according to the demand of petroleum, coating, chemical, oil, dye, medicine, food and other industries. Because of the high viscosity of NYP internal insulation pump can choose different materials and its unique structure, it is widely used in different properties, different viscosity of the media delivery.
NYP inner ring type high viscosity insulation pump suitable for medium temperature: -10 C - 200 c (NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 application temperature of -10 C - C).
Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cSt - 300000cSt (NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 for the viscosity of 1.0cSt - 10000cSt).

NYP inner ring high viscosity heat pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearing and so on. Seal with mechanical seal and packing seal in two forms, for high temperature, high viscosity and corrosive medium, the use of packing seal. When the material is easy to be crystallized, the front cover and the pump body can be designed with a thermal insulation jacket.
