It is a mechatronic product. The motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor). Equipped with a variety of protection devices to make the pump run reliably, its main components are as follows:

Signal line 1: Equipped with a fully protected water pump control cabinet to implement all-round protection for the pump, including water leakage, phase failure, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other items. Motor stator 8: Use Class B or Class F insulation.

Water leakage probe 11: This component is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil chamber, and the probe can send a signal to protect the pump by the control system.

Mechanical seal 13: It adopts double-channel series seal, and adopts new hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing, wear resistance and long service life.

Impeller 17: The impeller adopts a single-channel or double-channel structure, which has a strong passing capacity and can pass through large materials and fibrous wastes to reduce blockage and entanglement failures.
