1. The insulation resistance of the motor winding to the casing should be checked before the pump is used. If it is lower than 0.5 megohm, the stator must be dried, and the insulation resistance can be increased before use. 

2. If the gap between the impeller and the oil seal at the inlet of the pump body exceeds 2mm, the wear-resistant oil seal should be replaced. 

3. When the pump seal leaks, the seal should be replaced in time. When replacing, the static seal should be installed flat, and then the dynamic seal should be installed on the shaft.

4. When replacing the impeller, use a puller to pull it out, and do not beat it with a hammer, so as not to damage the axis.
