Description of structure and characteristics of YWJ type automatic stirring liquid submerged pump

1. The unique double-channel non-blocking impeller structure is adopted to improve the flow capacity and discharge capacity of sewage.

2. YWJ starts the automatic stirring device of the submerged pump to stir the liquid at a high speed and rotates with the pump shaft to generate a strong stirring force. The sediment in the tank is stirred into a suspended substance and then sucked into the impeller to discharge, so as to achieve the effect of self-cleaning.

3. The YWJ automatic stirring submerged pump divides the base into two parts with a partition plate, so that the stirring and the water inflow do not affect each other.

4. The automatic cutting device of the QGYW cutting submerged pump rotates at a high speed with the pump shaft. The sharp cutter made of special material at the impeller inlet will chop the large particles or fibers sucked to the impeller and then suck it into the impeller, which enhances the blocking performance.

5. The pump unit adopts double-end mechanical seal, which is in the oil chamber for a long time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pump.

6. The hydrodynamic seal of the auxiliary impeller structure not only functions as an auxiliary seal to protect the mechanical seal, but also balances the axial force and prolongs the service life of the bearing.

7. The pump unit is vertical structure, compact in structure, easy to install, and the pump body is placed in the water during operation, which is easy to start. It can be equipped with an automatic liquid level control cabinet according to the user's needs, and the start of the pump unit can be automatically controlled according to the change of the required liquid level.
