2. This series of motors adopts a box-type structure. The frame is welded into a box shape from steel plates, which is light in weight and has good rigidity. A protective cover or cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient for motor heat dissipation, installation and maintenance.
3. The stator adopts an external press-fitting structure, and the stator and rotor punching sheets are punched from low-loss non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The stator winding is made of F-class insulating material, which has strong insulation withstand voltage and anti-corona capability. The winding ends are reliably fixed and bound, and are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint (VPI). Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is Excellent and reliable, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance, long service life.
4. The bearing adopts two forms of rolling bearing and sliding bearing, which are determined by the power and speed of the motor. The protection level is IP00, IP23, IP44, IP54 or IP55. The rolling bearing is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and discharge device. Simple.
5. The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the extension end of the main shaft), or it can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. There are separate grounding terminals inside and outside the junction box.
