Description

The Z4 Series Medium Size DC Motors are newly developed by our factory. They are widely used as prime movers in metallurgical mill auxiliaries, metal cutting machine-tools, paper making, printing, textile, cement-making, plastic extrusion, and other industrial applications. Frame sizes comply with IEC72 standards. Insulation class F ensures reliable dielectric performance and excellent heat dissipation. Motors offer small size, high efficiency, large output, and low noise and vibration. Available for fully controlled three-phase or single-phase thyristor operation with optional smoothing reactors.

Performance & Application

Z4 Series motors can operate at altitudes up to 1000m, ambient temperature up to 40°C, and in non-corrosive environments. Continuous duty (S1) operation. Separate excitation is standard; forced excitation below 500V is allowed. Motors for Z4-315 to Z4-450 frames include compensating windings. Direct-coupled applications require elastic or flexible couplings for alignment and stability.
