CQ、CQB、CQB-G、CQB-F、ZCQ Series Magnetic Driver Centrifugal Pump

(Magnetic coupling pump) is a new product with the working principle of a permanently magnetic clutch applied on a centrifugal pump and features a reasonable design, advanced technologies, full-seal, non-leak and anti corrosion, with the performance up to the advanced level of the same products both at home and abroad.

It uses a static seal instead of a dynamic one so as to have the flow-passing parts in a fully sealed state, completely settling the problems of run-away, pop-up and drop unable to avoid with the mechanical seals of other pumps. As being made of anti- corrosive and highly strong engineering plastic, rigid ceramic and stainless steel, it holds a good anti-corrosion performance and can have the medium being transported free of pollution.

The magnetic pump features a compact structure, nice outlook, small volume, low noise, reliable run and easy use and maintenance and can be used to pump acids, alkali, oils,

1. Product overview：

　　CQB type magnetically driven centrifugal pump is usually composed of a motor, a magnetic coupler and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupler to transmit power without leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupler to rotate, the magnetic field line passes through the gap and the isolation sleeve and acts on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor, and the torque is transmitted without mechanical contact. At the power input terminal of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed in a static isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and there is no leakage at all.

　　CQB type magnetic drive centrifugal pump is a new type of completely leak-free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to the level of similar foreign products in the late 1980s.

　　The type and basic parameters of CQB type magnetic drive centrifugal pump comply with the JB/T7742—1995 "Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump Type and Basic Parameters" standard and the "Supplementary Regulations for the Three Standards of Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump".

2. Product features：

　　The overcurrent part of the CQB type magnetically driven centrifugal pump is made of all stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis, neutral solutions and gases. The grinding of double-helical carbon graphite bearings and cemented carbide bushings has strong wear resistance and guarantees the life of the product. It is an ideal pump for conveying corrosive media without leakage.

　　CQB type magnetically driven centrifugal pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids and various corrosive liquids. It is suitable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers with a suction pressure of not more than 0.2MPa, a maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, a temperature of not more than 100℃, a density of not more than 1600kg/m3, and a viscosity of not more than 30×10-6m2/S.
