The SGR series vertical hot water pipeline pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) produced by our company, the pipeline pump implements the standard JB/T6878-2006, this series of products is a novel electric pump developed for pipeline pressurized transportation and to solve the problem of low pipeline pressure. Pump. Due to the use of advanced mechanical seals and the impeller directly installed on the main shaft of the motor, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight and convenient decoration. It can be used in series according to the needs of head and flow. The electric pump is composed of three parts: motor, mechanical seal and water pump. The motor is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; a mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor. It has more reliable mechanical strength, can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and also facilitates the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller. The seals of each fixed spigot of the pump use an "O"-shaped rubber sealing ring as a static seal.

1. This series of electric pumps is suitable for high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, pipeline pressurization, hot and cold water circulation, transportation of flammable and explosive liquids and corrosive liquids, and circulation of various boiler water supply, HVAC chemical, and petroleum pipeline equipment. , booster matching.

2. SG ordinary type is suitable for high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, cooling tower water supply, long-distance water supply, refrigeration flushing, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation; the operating temperature is below 80 °C.

3. SGR hot water type is suitable for high temperature hot water pressurization cycle in heating house, boiler and other industries; the operating temperature is below 100 ℃.

Scope of application of SGR series hot water pipeline pump

1. It is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, etc.

2. It is suitable for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water.

3. Install the rocker-type sprinkler, and after the water is flushed into the air, it can be scattered into small raindrops for spraying. It is a good tool for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.

Conditions of use of SGR series hot water pipeline pump

1. The water pressure of the inlet pipe is not more than 0.3MPa, not less than 0.02MPa;

2. The water quality is clear water, there should be no fibers or solid particles, and it should be soft water for hot water;

3. Medium temperature: cold water not lower than 0 ℃;

4. The ambient temperature does not exceed +45℃;

5. The power frequency is 50Hz/60Hz, the voltage is single-phase 220V/240V, and the three-phase is 380V/415V/460V/660V, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value.
