BFY series heat preservation submersible pump is a new product designed for conveying medium crystallization and liquefied medium in solid state based on the performance parameters of FY submerged pump. Its characteristics are designed with a steam insulation jacket at the liquid outlet, which plays a role in steam circulation to ensure that the liquid does not crystallize. The unique impeller is selected to make the pump high-efficiency and energy-saving, without leakage, and has a long service life, so it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, power plant, metallurgy, sewage treatment, filling equipment and other industries.

Features of BFY Type Thermal Insulation Submerged Pump

1. The pump is a vertical submerged pump with beautiful appearance. It is directly installed on the reservoir of the medium being conveyed, and has no additional floor space, thus reducing the investment in capital construction.

2. The mechanical seal is cancelled, which solves the trouble of frequent maintenance of other submerged pumps due to the easy wear and tear of the mechanical seal, saves the operating cost of the pump and improves the work efficiency.

3. A unique centrifugal double-balanced impeller is used for conveying clean media without solid particles, with extremely low vibration noise and high efficiency; an open-type double-balanced impeller is used for conveying unclean liquids with solid particles and short fibers.
