1. Product overview：

　　CQB-G type high-temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump is usually composed of four parts: a motor, a magnetic coupler, a water cooling device and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupler to transmit power. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupler to rotate, the magnetic field line passes through the gap and the isolation sleeve and acts on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor, transmitting torque without mechanical contact. At the power input terminal of the pump, since the liquid is enclosed in a static isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and no leakage. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupler adopts high-temperature-resistant rare earth permanent magnet material, which can withstand high-temperature media below 280 degrees and maintain a strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupler to prevent the heat from pumping the high-temperature medium from being transmitted to the motor to maintain the normal operation of the motor, so as to achieve leak-free delivery of high-temperature media.

　　CQB-G type high-temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for conveying high-temperature flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids and various corrosive liquids. Suitable for conveying systems with a working pressure of less than 1.5mpa. 6MPa, a liquid without hard particles and fibers with a temperature of not more than 280℃, a density of not more than 1840kg/m3, and a viscosity of not more than 30cm2/S.
