● I-1B series screw pump (thick slurry pump) product introduction：

The I-1B series concentrated slurry pump is a single-screw positive displacement rotary pump. The pump uses an eccentric single-screw screw to rotate in a double-spiral bushing to make the concentrated slurry flow along the spiral groove from the suction port to the discharge port, realizing the pump's delivery function. This pump is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, papermaking, food and other units.

● Structure material form：

Type I-1BA: the shell is cast iron, and the transmission parts are made of general steel, which is suitable for conveying general neutral concentrated slurry.

Type I-1BB: The transmission parts (spindle, screw and winding shaft) are made of stainless steel, which are suitable for general slightly acid and alkali slurry delivery.

Type I-1BF: The transmission parts and the pump housing that contacts the slurry are made of stainless steel, which are suitable for conveying food, pharmaceutical, and alkali slurry.

The rubber bushing has general rubber, food rubber and oil-resistant rubber for users to choose from.

The transmission method is direct transmission between the motor and the pump shaft, the motor is directly driven by the reducer and the pump, and the motor is driven by the V-belt pulley and the pump shaft for users to choose from.

Equipped with motors, there are general enclosed, type and electromagnetic speed regulating motors.

● Product features：

① It can transport suspended slurries with high concentration and high viscosity <10000PaS and containing particles.

②the conveying fluid flow is stable, there is no overcurrent, pulsation, stirring, and shear slurry phenomenon.

③The discharge pressure has nothing to do with the speed of rotation, and the discharge pressure can be maintained at a low flow rate.

④The flow rate is proportional to the speed, and the flow rate can be adjusted by a variable speed mechanism or a speed regulating motor.

⑤Self-priming, liquid can be sucked directly without installing a bottom valve.

⑥The pump is reversible, and the flow direction of the liquid is changed by the direction of rotation of the pump. It is suitable for occasions when the pipeline needs to be flushed in any direction.

⑦ Smooth operation, low vibration and noise.

⑧The structure is simple, easy to disassemble, assemble and repair.
