1 Overview
Sealocean Company Z Series medium-sized DC electric motors
Medium-sized DC electric motors (motors with a central height of 355-710 mm), the performance, overall and mounting dimensions and technical characteristics of which comply with the JB/T9577-1999 standard, as well as the IEC standard. All mechanical dimensions and tolerances comply with the ISO standard.
Motors are widely used in industries such as industrial rolling mills, metal cutting machines, paper production, dyeing, printing, cement production and plastics pressing.
Advanced designs are used on the engines. Polygonal plates are used for stators to make the best use of space, having advantages such as small volume, light weight and good performance. The magnetic yoke of the stator, magnetic poles and armature cores are made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet of good quality with good magnetic conductivity.
Stators and rotors are treated with solvent-free varnish using vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) so that the windings have good moisture resistance, mechanical strength, good insulation and the ability to transfer heat. The engines use rolling bearings and the engines can be re-lubricated in working condition. Class H insulation is used for motors.
Motors not only use DC generator sets as a power source, but are also more suitable for a static rectifier with less rotational inertia and dynamic characteristics and can withstand higher load coefficients. They are particularly suitable for control systems where smooth speed control, high efficiency, automatic static speed and sensitive reflection are required.
