1 Overview
YG series three-phase asynchronous motor for roller table
The YG series three-phase asynchronous motors for roller tables are the updated products that replaced the JG2 series motors in the 1990s in my country. Its main performance indicators exceed the level of the JG2 series and reach the level of similar foreign roller table motors.
The installation dimensions of YG series motors conform to IEC standards, the enclosure protection grade is IP54, the cooling method is IC410, the rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50HZ, and the stator winding adopts Y connection.
YG series motors are divided into two types: YGa and YGb according to usage. YGa motors have the characteristics of large locked-rotor torque, small locked-rotor current, long locked-rotor time, high dynamic constant, and soft mechanical characteristics, and can be frequently started and braked. Or reversing operation, mainly used to drive the work rollers of the metallurgical industry alone. It can also be used for other machinery with similar working conditions. The YGb motor has the characteristics of large power, high efficiency, wide frequency conversion adjustment range, and hard mechanical characteristics. It only rotates in one direction, mainly used to drive the transfer rollers of the metallurgical industry alone, and can also be used in other similar mechanical equipment.
YGa motor adopts H-type insulation, and its rating is based on continuous periodic work (S5). YGb motor uses class F insulation, and its rating is based on continuous work (S1).
YG series motors can use frequency conversion and voltage transformation methods for high speed, YGa type can run in the range of 5-100Hz, YGb type motor can run in the range of 3-100HZ, when users need, you can consult our company's technical department.
1.1 YGP series of variable-frequency variable-speed three-phase asynchronous motors for rollers are a new generation of high-reliability variable-frequency roller motors. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, good performance, reliable use and convenient maintenance. Its comprehensive technical indicators have reached international standards. Advanced level of similar products.
1.2 YGP series motors are suitable for continuous or intermittent work under severe conditions such as frequent braking, forward and reverse rotation, and reverse braking. They have a large speed range and overload capacity, as well as high mechanical strength. Special frequency conversion motors for industrial roller conveyors can also be used on other similar machinery and equipment.
1.3 The rated voltage of YGP series roller principle motor is 380V. The best value of the rated frequency of YGP motor can be determined according to the actual required speed range. The speed range is wide, the vibration is small, and the noise is low. It can be compatible with various frequency conversion devices at home and abroad. Matching. The frequency conversion range is from 0 to 120 Hz; below the rated frequency, it is constant torque speed regulation; above the rated frequency, it is constant power speed regulation. It is suitable for control methods such as V/F control, slip angle frequency control and vector control. When used for vector control, if the user needs the parameters in the equivalent circuit as shown in Figure 1, our company can provide them separately, and this sample will not list them. According to the different choices of motors and inverters and actual needs, different voltage compensations can be performed according to the Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 curves shown in Figure 2 to meet the requirements of outputting constant torque at low frequencies.
1.4 The insulation grade of YGP series motors is F or H; the protection grade is IP54; the installation structure type is B3 (frame size 112~400), B5 (frame size 112~250), B35 (frame size 112~250) ; Cooling method is IC410; motors with frame size 200 and above have a non-stop oil injection structure, which can be used for non-stop oil injection, which extends the maintenance period and improves work efficiency.
1.5 YGP series roller table motors can be applied to various working systems. The working system listed in Table 1 and Table 2 is S5~60% 300 times/hour, and the heavy degree of working conditions is not higher than S5-60%, start When the number of times does not exceed 300 times/hour, the data can be selected according to Table 1 and Table 2.
