Introduction of TYBPE Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

TYBPE series explosion-proof ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous permanent magnet synchronous motor (center height 132-355) The efficiency index of this series of products meets the level 1 standard of GB30253-2013 "Permanent magnet synchronous motor energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating". (Note: T synchronous; Y permanent magnet; B explosion-proof; PE frequency conversion and high efficiency). This series of products is designed with a fully enclosed self-fan cooling structure, protection grade IP55, F grade insulation, and S1 working system. Its installation dimensions are the same as YB3 series motors. The explosion-proof type is explosion-proof, and the explosion-proof grades are EXDI MB, EXDIICT4GB, EXDIIBT4GB.

Uses and characteristics of TYBPE series permanent magnet synchronous motors

This series of products are widely used in petrochemical, coal mine, electric power, transportation, textile, industrial and mining enterprises and explosion-proof locomotives, drag fans, pumps, compressors, belt conveyors, machine tools and other machinery. It has self-starting ability under rated frequency and rated voltage. According to user requirements, 380V, 660V, 1140V grade motors can also be provided.

This series of products have self-starting ability. In the load range of 25%-120%, compared with asynchronous motors of the same specification, they have higher efficiency, wide economic operation range, and significant energy-saving effects. The temperature rise of the motor is low, and under the rated load, the temperature rise of the motor is 30-50K.
