1 Overview
TAW series increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor is a high-tech product developed bySealocean Group Co., Ltd. that integrates explosion-proof technology, power electronics technology, automatic control technology, and motor technology. It is widely used in places with explosive dangerous gas in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, refrigeration and other industries, and is used to drive reciprocating compressors.
This series of motors adopts new technology, new materials, new processes, exquisite material selection, and sophisticated manufacturing. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance.
The main reference standards of this series of motors are as follows:

The protection grades of this series of motors are IP44 and IP54. The cooling methods are IC81W and IC91W. The installation methods are IM7315, IM7311, IM7111, and IM7115. Motors with different protection types, cooling methods and installation methods can also be made according to user requirements.

2. Model description
TAW Series Increased Safety Brushless Excitation Synchronous Motor
3 Structure description
The overall structure of this series of motors is a box structure, and the base, outer cover, bottom plate, and bottom cover are welded by steel plates. The main motor is an independent cavity. The AC exciter and the rotating rectifier disk form another independent cavity. The two cavities share an air path system. The AC exciter and the rotating rectifier disk are located outside the non-shaft extension end-bearing, and the overall shape is Beautiful and generous.
The magnetic materials of the motor and the exciter are made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability and low loss; the damping strip and the magnetic pole core adopt a special fixing method to prevent starting sparks; all internal conductive body connections, fasteners, supports and rotation The screws on the body are provided with anti-loosing measures to ensure firmness and reliability, and avoid sparks and arcs; reliable anti-corona measures are adopted for the stator winding to increase the corona initiation voltage; the insulation system between the winding turns and the ground is strengthened to improve the withstand voltage of the motor Reliability, the main motor and AC exciter winding are treated with VPI as a whole, which has high electrical performance, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
The high-voltage junction box protection grade is IP55, the wiring cavity is large, the junction box is on the right side of the motor (as viewed from the shaft extension), when the motor power is greater than 2000kW, a magnetic balance current transformer is installed in the motor main junction box, and all auxiliary junction boxes They are all on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension).
Seated spherical sliding bearings are used. For motors with stator core outer diameters of 1730mm, 2150mm, and 2600mm, oil ring self-lubrication or compound lubrication can be used. For motors with stator core outer diameters of 3250mm, forced lubrication is adopted, while preventing Measures for shaft current generation.
The monitoring measures are complete. Six platinum thermal resistors pt100 are embedded in the motor winding slots, and each bearing is equipped with two platinum thermal resistors pt100, which can be displayed on site or remotely monitored; anti-condensation heaters are installed to prevent condensation during shutdown; A water leakage detector is installed to send out a signal when the cooler leaks.
It has a variety of measures to improve the safety of explosion-proof, rotating rectifier element, resistance element with large capacity and high reliability, and obtained the component explosion-proof certificate; the brushless excitation system ensures accurate starting and excitation, stable process, no vibration, and no impact.
An observation window is provided on the motor housing to facilitate observation of sparks, voltage, corona, etc.
The rotating rectifier is changed from the traditional one located between the motor and the exciter to outside the exciter, which is convenient for maintenance.
4 Conditions of use
4.1 Rated voltage: 6000V, 3000V, 10000V
4.2 Rated frequency: 50Hz
4.3 The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
4.4 The maximum ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃, and the minimum is -5℃.
4.5 Zone 2 explosion hazard places formed by combustible gases or vapors with ignition temperature group T1~T3 and air.
5 Technical data
The deviation of the voltage and frequency from the rated value during the operation of the motor is in accordance with the provisions of GB755.
Efficiency (η): negotiated by the user and the manufacturer.
Power factor (cosΦ) 0.9 (leading).
Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of out-of-step torque to rated torque is 1.6.
Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of locked-rotor torque to rated torque is 0.6.
Under the rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the nominal pull-in torque to the rated torque is 0.6.
Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of locked rotor current to rated current is 6.5.
The t E time of this series of motors is not less than 5s.
The noise of this series of motors is evaluated according to 85dB(A) (sound pressure level).
All performance indicators can also be negotiated and determined according to user requirements.
6 Structure and installation type and installation dimensions
The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IM7315, IM7311, IM7111, and different installation methods can also be made according to user requirements. The corresponding relationship between motor power level, synchronous speed and stator punch outer diameter is shown in Table 1 (6kV) and table
2(10kV), please see Figure 1 for the installation and dimensions of the motor.
