Product Introduction
ISG series pipe centrifugal pump is designed according to IS centrifugal pump and pipe pump technical parameters, ISO2858 and updated national pipe centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93, saving energy.
The vertical pipe centrifugal pump: in structure 6 parts: impeller, pump body, pump spindle, bearing, seal ring, and cushion.
1. The impeller is the core of centrifugal pump, its rotation speed is high, and impeller shall pass static balance test before assembly. The interior and exterior surfaces shall be smooth, to reduce water flow friction loss.
2. The pump body: as the support, connected with bearing bracket.
3. The pump spindle, connected with the spindle coupler and motor, transfers the motor torque to the impeller.
4. The bearing has 2 types such as slide bearing and roller bearing. The roller bearing, lubricated by oil, will be overheated!
5. The stuff cushion is composed of stuff, seal ring, cover and tube.

1. ISG pipe centrifugal pump, transfers clear water and similar liquids, suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drain, high building booster water supply, plant irrigation, work temperature T: ≤80ºC.
2. IRG (GRG) hot water (hot) cycling pump: IRG temperature T:≤120ºC, GRG temperature T: ≤240ºC.
3. IHG pipe chemical pump, transfer light liquids similar to water without solid particles, corrosive, temperature T:-20ºC-120ºC.
4. YG pipe oil pump, transfers gasoline, diesel, coal oil, work temperature T: -20ºC~120ºC.

Work Conditions
1. Inlet pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system maximum work pressure ≤1.6Mpa, pump inlet pressure + pump head≤1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure: 2.5Mpa. The pump system work pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, you shall specify in the order.
2. Ambient temperature<40ºC, relative humidity<95%.
3. The solid particle volume of the media shall not exceed 0.1%, particle diameter <0.2mm.
