YE3 series ( center height H80~355mm, 0.55~315kw ) motor is totally enclosed, fan-cooled, three-phase squirrel cage induction motor. Energy efficiency is consistent with IE3 and IDC60034-30 standard. Normally the voltage is 380V, the frequency is 50Hz, customization support . Working environment -15~40℃, altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, insulation class F (class B assessment), protection class IP55, cooling method IC411, duty S1, installation in accordance with IEC and DIN standards.
YE3 series motors are for general usage. Suitable for driving various machinery and equipments without special requirements. YE3 series motors meet the GB18613-2012 energy efficiency Limit 2.

INSULATING MATERIAL

1. Use 3940 Magnetic slot wedge, heated and extruded by epoxy resin and fiberglass.
2. Use DMD high-temperature insulating paper, combined with mylar limpness composite material and polyester non-woven fabrics thin film.
3. Use High temperature resistant 180℃ Cable line.
4. Use Oxyhydrogen carbon-free welding technology. Dense flame, strong welding and carbon embrittlement-free.
